Paul Williams is regarded as one of the foremost experts on secure network design in the U.S. today. Mr. Williams has thirty-five years of breakthrough innovation and invention in cyber security, artificial intelligence, high speed databases, professional software development, software quality test engineering, electronics, communications, mechanical engineering, weapons development and defense related technologies. He is an expert in rapidly solving complex cyber crime investigations through a variety of innovative and proprietary techniques.
As a Licensed Private Investigator, Paul specializes in risk assessment methodology and is certified by the U.S. National Security in INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (IAM) and INFOSPEC Evaluation Methodology (IEM). Paul is adept at leading the company’s insider threat mitigation investigations, personnel profiling, and counter espionage and cyber counter-intelligence cases.
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in the energy sector securing electric utilities and gas transmission facilities, specifically SCADA/DCS equipment and real time operations control rooms and their inter-connected business networks. He has also performed cyber, physical and social engineering “Red Team” penetration testing for multiple electric power utility SCADA facilities behalf of the Electric Power Research Institute in Palto Alto, California, an electric power industry-funded technology research organization.
Mr. Williams consistently speaks at seminars and conferences conducted by prestigious national organizations like the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Secret Service, U.S. Department of Justice, FBI InfraGard, ACP, ASIS, IIA, ISACA, ISSA, as well as at universities and colleges across the nation.
Over the years, Mr. Williams has collected a wide assortment of hacking tools, worms, Trojan Horses, and computer viruses for advanced research purposes. In 1994, his personal collection of 22,000 computer viruses and 800 Trojan Horse programs was among the largest anywhere in the world. He maintains his collection for advanced research purposes to this day.
In 2016, Jeff Dillender joined Texas Investigative Network, Inc., as a Case Manager. Jeff has management and operational responsibilities for the work product of 25 investigators in Texas, and maintains direct communication with all field investigators to ensure that all case objectives are met.
Prior to joining T.I.N., Jeff spent over ten years as a contract, covert surveillance Investigator for several national investigation agencies, including T.I.N. Jeff’s assignments centered on worker’s compensation claims, personal injury claims and litigation, infidelity, child custody, divorce, and subject/witness locates. Jeff has also served as a guest speaker at The University of North Texas College Private Investigator Certification Program. Jeff’s extensive training, knowledge, and experience as a Private Investigator has earned him an impeccable reputation with many national insurance companies and attorneys throughout the U.S.
Jeff has spent his entire life in the greater Houston area, graduating in the National Honors Society Program from Lamar Consolidated High School in the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, where he was a three-year letterman for the baseball team. Jeff also attended Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX.
Currently, Jeff conducts, manages and supports T.I.N. related matters involving Background Investigations, Corporate Theft, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Claims/Fraud, Mobile/Stationary Video Surveillance, Due Diligence, Subject Locates, and Government/Courthouse Records research.
In 2017, Aric Jones joined Texas Investigative Network, Inc. as a Private Investigator, and is currently registered through the Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Bureau to conduct investigations in Texas.
Aric’s current assignments consist of worker’s compensation claims, personal injury claims and litigation, accident investigations, infidelity, child custody, divorce, and subject/witness locates and various types of field investigations. Aric’s training, knowledge, and experience as a Private Investigator has earned him a favorable reputation with various insurance companies and Texas based law firms.
Aric’s responsibilities include conducting and supporting client related matters involving Background Investigations, Corporate Theft, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Claims/Fraud, Mobile/Stationary Video Surveillance, Due Diligence, Subject Locates, and Government/Courthouse Records research.
Aric graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. During his time at Sam Houston, Aric became a member of the American Criminal Justice Association – Lambda Alpha Epsilon, which promoted the establishment and expansion of higher education and professional training in Criminal Justice. During his membership with Lambda Alpha Epsilon, Aric won 1st place in the In-House Crime Scene Investigation competition as well as 2nd and 3rd place in consecutive Regional Crime Scene Investigation Competitions in San Antonio, Texas and Glendale, Arizona.
