Bill Pellerin is the founder and President of Texas Investigative Network, Inc., a Texas Corporation founded in 1994. The company employs licensed investigators in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock and San Antonio, Texas, and specializes in acquiring publicly held and difficult to obtain information, and evidence in order to assist clients in making sound business decisions. Texas Investigative Network, Inc. handles assignments for many of the major corporations, law firms, insurance companies and financial institutions in Texas.
Texas Investigative Network, Inc. is frequently called upon to perform stationary and mobile video surveillance in corporate theft, employee activity, non-compete, disability, liability, workers compensation, infidelity, divorce and child custody matters. These types of assignments frequently produce results which confirm clients' suspicions and are handled in a discreet, professional manner.
Bill and his staff utilize a variety of computer information databases which maintain records on individuals and businesses throughout the United States. Having been employed in the investigations industry for twenty-five (25) years, Bill has developed a network of trusted, confidential sources which have been successfully relied upon to identify leads in select civil and criminal matters.
Bill is licensed by the Texas Private Security Bureau and is a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators, the National Council of Investigation and Security Services, the Council of International Investigators, Vistage 1039 Trusted Advisor Round-Table and the Galleria Chamber of Commerce.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in Criminal Justice (1990) and a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Houston (1988). Bill also attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets (1981 - 1985) and a member of the Varsity Football Team (1982 - 1984).
Kyle Pfister

Kyle Pfister earned his Bachelor of Arts Communications Degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in 2008 (concentration in Communication Studies). While at the University of Saint Thomas, Kyle was Treasurer of the Theology Club and a member of the University of Saint Thomas Fighting Celts Rugby Team for three years. While attending the University of Saint Thomas, Kyle was awarded the Presidential Academic Scholarship, The Nolan Ryan Athletic Scholarship, and The Knights of Columbus Scholarship.
Kyle has spent his entire life in the greater Houston area, graduating with honors from Alvin High School in Alvin Independent School District, where he was a three year letterman and team captain of the Tennis Team. Kyle was also a competitor on the Alvin High School Quiz Bowl and Academic Decathlon teams.
Christian Youth themed volunteer work is very important to Kyle, who has assisted in the planning, coordination, and execution of Diocesan, Regional, and National level retreats for as many as 25,000 teens. Kyle has enjoyed serving the Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston as a Youth Ambassador for Christ, an intern in the Office of Youth Ministry, and a volunteer at his local parish, Sacred Heart of Jesus in Manvel, Texas.
A Case Manager at Texas Investigative Network, Inc. since January of 2009, Kyle enjoys using his technical skills, communication knowledge and attention to detail in a professional investigations environment.

Camille, a native Texan and originally from Alvin, Texas, brings experience from the insurance sector as well as organizational, administrative and report writing capabilities to our investigative and research staff. Camille is currently close to completing her degree in English from the University of Houston and is also working on her Paralegal Certification. Camille is proud to join the Texas Investigative Network, Inc. team and is looking forward to her new role in Administration and Research.
Paul Williams

Paul Williams is regarded as one of the foremost experts on secure network design in the U.S. today. Mr. Williams has thirty-five years of breakthrough innovation and invention in cyber security, artificial intelligence, high speed databases, professional software development, software quality test engineering, electronics, communications, mechanical engineering, weapons development and defense related technologies. He is an expert in rapidly solving complex cyber crime investigations through a variety of innovative and proprietary techniques.
As a Licensed Private Investigator, Paul specializes in risk assessment methodology and is certified by the U.S. National Security in INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (IAM) and INFOSPEC Evaluation Methodology (IEM). Paul is adept at leading the company's insider threat mitigation investigations, personnel profiling, and counter espionage and cyber counter-intelligence cases.
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in the energy sector securing electric utilities and gas transmission facilities, specifically SCADA/DCS equipment and real time operations control rooms and their inter-connected business networks. He has also performed cyber, physical and social engineering "Red Team" penetration testing for multiple electric power utility SCADA facilities behalf of the Electric Power Research Institute in Palto Alto, California, an electric power industry-funded technology research organization.
Mr. Williams consistently speaks at seminars and conferences conducted by prestigious national organizations like the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Secret Service, U.S. Department of Justice, FBI InfraGard, ACP, ASIS, IIA, ISACA, ISSA, as well as at universities and colleges across the nation.
Over the years, Mr. Williams has collected a wide assortment of hacking tools, worms, Trojan Horses, and computer viruses for advanced research purposes. In 1994, his personal collection of 22,000 computer viruses and 800 Trojan Horse programs was among the largest anywhere in the world. He maintains his collection for advanced research purposes to this day.
